Overall Return Guidelines

Please note that all returns shall meet the guidelines below.

  • Most products can be returned to EZCast within 7 days after invoice. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipment except for defective products.
  • Once we receive the returned products, it will take 2-5 business days for the RMA to be processed and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • For defective products, a replacement will be shipped out once the original product is confirmed faulty.
  • Please be advised that an RMA cannot be issued and processed if it is man-made damage. Please contact our customer service for product inspection.
